Every workflow block has a provider. Salesforce for CRM and CPQ data. Microsoft 365 for Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. CAD systems for 3D models and drawings. Proposal tools for DocuSign and Conga. Add any provider to your account once — use it in every workflow.
Opportunity, Quote, Order, Product, Account, Contact, CPQ pricing rules, B2B Commerce order workflows. Trigger on Salesforce events. Write approved data back to Salesforce records.
Excel read/write and workbook sync, SharePoint document library ingestion and file triggers, Teams notifications and approval gate messages, Dynamics 365 ERP data for pricing and inventory.
30+ CAD format support: STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, Revit, DWG, DXF, NX, CREO, JT. Autodesk BIM 360 / Construction Cloud integration. GLB/GLTF output for 3D viewers. BOM extraction.
Generate and send proposals directly from workflow outputs. Conga CPQ for Salesforce-native proposal generation, DocuSign and Adobe Sign for e-signature, Infor CPQ for manufacturing quoting.
RenderDraw supports three authentication models for provider connections. You configure credentials once per workspace — they are stored encrypted and never exposed to end users or workflow definitions.
Used by Salesforce, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Teams), and Autodesk BIM 360. Click Connect in the provider settings and authenticate via the provider's standard OAuth flow. RenderDraw stores the refresh token and handles token rotation automatically.
Used by AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), SAP (via API key or basic auth), and custom REST APIs. Enter the key once in the provider settings panel. Keys are encrypted at rest and never appear in workflow logs or exported definitions.
For inbound triggers: RenderDraw generates a unique webhook URL per workflow. Configure this URL in the external system (Salesforce Platform Events, SharePoint webhooks, Teams incoming webhooks) to fire the workflow on a system event.
Go to Settings → Providers, authenticate, and start using live data in your workflows immediately.
