MeasurePro captures and documents existing rooms on site. It does not describe itself as an AI app, and we do not claim it is.
Where RenderDraw does use AI is drawing-based takeoff: models propose quantities from plan sets, every proposal keeps its source, and an estimator approves it before pricing. If you are bidding from drawings rather than measuring a room, that is the workflow to evaluate.
What MeasurePro is, and is not.
- A room measurement app. It captures and documents existing rooms on iPhone and iPad.
- Not a quote generator on its own. Configuration, pricing, approvals and proposals belong to the connected RenderDraw Platform workflow, which is set up separately.
- Not drawing-based takeoff. Takeoff from plan sets is a separate RenderDraw workflow.
- Check before you order. Verify critical dimensions against site conditions before ordering materials. Saved wall colors are approximate references.

Is there an AI app that creates floor plans?
Several apps generate a draft plan from a LiDAR scan or photos. Treat the result as a draft: check openings, wall heights and irregular walls before you price from it.
Does MeasurePro use AI?
We describe MeasurePro as a room measurement app with LiDAR scanning, tap-to-capture and manual correction. RenderDraw's AI is in its separate drawing-based takeoff workflow.
How accurate are scanned floor plans?
Accuracy depends on the device, lighting, surfaces and how the scan is done. Verify critical dimensions against site conditions before ordering materials.

Which iPhones and iPads does it work on?
